Now in its 11th year, BIRDscapes is the UK’s only independent bird-art gallery. It has a growing reputation for its unique selection of paintings, original prints and sculptures, in a wide range of styles and media, inspired by the natural world and birds in particular.

One of North Norfolk’s most spacious galleries, it also shows local landscapes and other wildlife, and its programme of exhibitions, involving over 60 nationally-known and local wildlife artists, means that each month brings something different. Affordable reproductions, wildlife art books and cards are also available and can be enjoyed in a welcoming atmosphere, with chairs provided for a relaxing visit.

BIRDscapes has produced a free leaflet, The Bayfield Bird Walk, which can be picked up in the gallery, to guide visitors on a 3 mile circular walk around Bayfield, one of Norfolk’s loveliest country estates.
